Yes. An English-speaking coordinator is present during consultation and treatment, and you can message us in English on WhatsApp before you arrive.

We strongly recommend booking ahead — a week or more before your visit makes scheduling much easier. Walk-ins depend on availability, and we cannot guarantee an English-speaking coordinator without notice.

Event pricing for the current month is listed on the event page and includes VAT. Other treatments are quoted at consultation, because the right dose and number of sessions depend on your skin.

It depends on the treatment. Ultherapy and laser toning generally involve little downtime. Thread lifts and CO₂ laser need recovery time. Tell us your departure date and we'll only recommend procedures that fit it.

Your passport. Payment by card or cash. If you've had recent treatments elsewhere, bring the details so we can space things safely.

Our stated principle is to avoid unnecessary treatment: the shot count and time agreed at consultation are what is delivered, and injectables are not diluted beyond standard concentration. The plan and its cost are confirmed before anything is scheduled.
