  2. Consultation — a coordinator reviews the results with you and records your concerns.
  3. Doctor's examination — the physician examines you and confirms the diagnosis.
  4. Treatment plan — devices, dose and sequence set out with pricing beforehand.
  5. Aftercare — instructions in English, with a custom-formulated cream where useful.
